The stakeholder engagement and leadership series has been built by Eva Communications to provide the skills and hands on tools to enable practitioners to build stronger relationships within their organisations and stakeholders. The program will help build the capacity of those with influence to shape better decisions with businesses and communities.

Stakeholder Leadership Series
Supported by the Leaders’ Lounge, this program is delivered over 5 months and is designed for people who have been in a leadership position for less than 3 years and who need to deepen their leadership skills to support future engagement. The program includes a Cert IV Leadership and Management.
Gain practical strategies to transform conflict into productive interactions, with a focus on curbing destructive behaviours and fostering self-awareness. Learn to navigate workplace dynamics by understanding your own and others’ conflict behaviours.
