Emma Andrews
Managing Director
Emma is an award winning corporate communications, stakeholder engagement specialist and facilitator. She has over 20 years’ experience working with government, businesses and communities managing high profile and complex communications and engagement projects.
She is passionate about supporting businesses, communities and government to be more resilient in crisis. Emma has been integral in developing award winning crisis resources, and her crisis work spans across public health, tourism, small business, housing and fisheries.
With a background in government, Emma has engaged on complex legislative and policy change in the areas of housing, health, community services and property. She also has extensive experience working with Councils and communities right across Queensland.
Emma thrives on innovation, and through her creative and detailed approach she delivers to exceptional standards.
Emma has a strong network of senior professionals she works with enabling her to tackle larger and more complex projects.

Patrick Albina

Patrick is a Consultant, Executive Coach and Corporate Educator, specialising in Systems Thinking and Complexity methodology. With over 25 years of experience, he utilises practical techniques to enable leaders, managers and their teams to unlock their potential through a mind-set shift, which makes it possible to operate effectively in the grey space of decision-making. By disrupting conventional patterns of thinking, Patrick supports his clients to see and act in different ways, revealing new possibilities that are otherwise unavailable in the status quo.
Patrick has worked with an extensive range of Defence, Government and small-medium business to develop robust systems of management using the principles of ‘keeping things simple’ and ‘doing what we do better’. He utilises creative problem-solving techniques to reveal possibilities not immediately visible and to identify what causal factors might be hidden away underneath the surface. This ensures the right solution to the right problem for your people and your business.

Stevie is a Creative Director who has worked across multiple media networks, delivering successful engagement campaigns to government, industry and not for profit sectors.
Stevie’s expertise is in developing communication pathways that engage and activate diverse audiences. By applying creative design principles to each project, Stevie is able to create non-linear conversations that build understanding through shared vision and trust.
Stevie has a passion for social impact initiatives and has worked extensively in remote First Nations communities. These experiences have delivered powerful insights into Australia’s rich cultural history and underpin his commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
